A legal disclaimer

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of cruzmobilewelding.com (the "Site") and to welding, fabrication and repair services provided by Cruz Mobile Welding LLC ("Cruz Mobile Welding," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. About Us

Cruz Mobile Welding LLC provides mobile welding, emergency welding, aluminum and stainless TIG welding, custom metal fabrication, and trailer repair throughout Riverside County and the surrounding Inland Empire, Orange County and Los Angeles areas. 2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information

  • Try to interfere with the Site's security or operation

  • Copy, scrape or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission

3. Information on the Site

​

We work to keep the Site accurate, but service descriptions, photos, availability and service areas are for general information only and may change without notice. Photos show examples of past work and may not reflect the exact result of your project.

4. Quotes and Estimates

​

  • Quotes requested through the Site, by phone or by text are free and are not a binding contract until you accept them.

  • Estimates are based on the information you give us. Final pricing may change if the actual job differs from what was described (hidden damage, different materials, extra labor or site conditions).

  • We will tell you about any price change before we do the extra work.

  • Unless stated otherwise, written quotes are valid for 30 days.

5. Scheduling, Emergency and After-Hours Service

​

  • Appointment times are estimates. Traffic, weather and job conditions can cause delays.

  • Emergency, same-day and after-hours service may carry additional fees, which we will explain before starting.

  • You agree to provide safe, legal access to the work area and to tell us about any hazards (fuel, gas lines, flammable materials, unstable structures, animals, etc.).

  • If you cancel or aren't available when we arrive, we may charge a trip or call-out fee, which we will disclose when you book.

6. Customer Responsibilities

​

  • You confirm you own the property, vehicle, trailer or equipment being worked on, or have the owner's permission.

  • You are responsible for any permits, HOA approvals or engineering requirements unless we agree in writing to handle them.

  • Hot work creates sparks and heat. Please remove or tell us about nearby flammable items before we start.

7. Payment

​

  • Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing.

  • Custom fabrication and larger projects may require a deposit before we order materials or start work. In California, a deposit for home improvement work can't be more than $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less.

  • We accept [PAYMENT METHODS, e.g., cash, card, Zelle].

  • Unpaid balances may be subject to collection costs as allowed by law.

8. Materials, Custom Work and Customer-Supplied Parts

​

  • Custom-fabricated items are made to your specifications. After you approve the design, custom work may not be refundable.

  • If you supply your own parts or materials, we are not responsible for their quality, fit or failure.

9. Workmanship Warranty

​

We stand behind our work. Our welds are covered against defects in workmanship for [WARRANTY PERIOD] from the date of completion. This warranty does not cover:

​

  • Normal wear and tear, rust or corrosion

  • Misuse, overloading, accidents or changes made by others

  • Customer-supplied materials or parts

  • Pre-existing damage or base metal that was already worn, cracked or compromised

  • Temporary or emergency repairs that we identified as temporary

To make a warranty claim, contact us with photos and a description of the problem. We will inspect it and, if it's covered, repair it at no charge. Repair is your sole remedy under this warranty.

10. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cruz Mobile Welding is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, downtime or loss of use. Our total liability for any claim related to a job will not exceed the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

11. Site Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.

12. Third-Party Links

​

The Site may link to third-party sites such as Google, Facebook, Instagram or Yelp. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

13. Intellectual Property

​

All Site content, including text, logos, photos and design, belongs to Cruz Mobile Welding LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use it without our written permission.

14. Reviews and Submissions

​

If you send us photos, reviews or feedback, you give us permission to use them on our Site and marketing without payment. We will not publish your full name or address without your consent.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold Cruz Mobile Welding harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or inaccurate information you give us.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, unless small claims court is available. We'd always rather talk it through first, so please contact us before filing a claim.

17. Changes to These Terms

​

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
